Transforming Homes with Character and Care
At Wrencon, we believe that the best renovations are about more than bricks and mortar – they’re about making your home work better for you and your family. From listed cottages to mid-century terraces, we’ve worked on just about every type of property imaginable, always with the same attention to detail and appreciation for what makes each home unique.
We bring decades of experience to every project, working closely with homeowners, designers and architects to turn ideas into reality. Whether you’re updating a single room or reconfiguring your whole house, we’ll guide you through the process and help you get the most from your investment.
Why Choose Wrencon for Your Renovation?
Before we were general builders, we specialised in damp cure and restoration — so complex renovation work is second nature to us. We understand how older buildings behave, and we know how to preserve their charm while giving them a fresh new lease of life.
- We handle full and partial renovations, extensions, and internal reconfigurations.
- We work sympathetically with older properties, including listed buildings and homes with historic features.
- We manage your project with care – from planning and permissions through to final finishes.
One of our most rewarding projects involved restoring a 200-year-old cottage that had been neglected for decades. With careful structural work, thoughtful design, and close coordination with the homeowner, we were able to turn it into a warm, welcoming family home full of character.
