Building Beautiful Homes in the Southwest
At Wrencon, new builds aren’t just construction projects, they’re the beginning of something special. We’ve been guiding homeowners through the process of building from the ground up since 1987, blending our technical knowledge with a genuinely collaborative approach.
From the earliest sketches to the final touches, we’re with you at every stage. Our aim is to help you achieve the very best home within your budget, without compromising on quality, character or craftsmanship. Whether you’re creating a modern space filled with light or a traditionally styled property with period charm, we’ll deliver a result you’ll be proud to call home.
Why Choose Wrencon for Your New Build?
We’ve built everything from luxury countryside homes to small housing developments, always placing the same emphasis on thoughtful design, communication, and skilled delivery.
- We’ve been working in the South West for over 30 years, and we know how to navigate local planning, materials, and environmental considerations.
- We don’t just build – we advise. Our input at early design stages often helps our clients make smart decisions and avoid unnecessary costs.
- We bring in trusted tradespeople and manage the process closely, ensuring your build stays on time and to spec.
Take our recent project in Blagdon Hill, for example. Working with the architect and homeowner from day one, we delivered a four-bedroom home that blends traditional materials with a crisp, modern finish, complete with thoughtful detailing, natural light, and a seamless link between inside and out.
